Project Description: This will document the findings of previous studies of vicarious trauma. Specifically this will explore studies of how "helpers" working with traumatized individuals may become traumatized themselves.
Student Tasks & Responsibilities: Use library search engines, Scan abstracts related to the subject, Identify relevant articles, Retrieve the articles, Produce an annotated bibliography
Minimum Student Qualifications: Reading skill to a graduate level for assessing articles in professional journals. APA style biliography skills. Ability to work on a task without direct supervision.
