Project Description: UNICEF-GUYANA provides financial and technical support to several non-governmental, charitable organizations for the protection of orphans and vulnerable children and to prevent physical and sexual violence against women and children.  Under this project, the Linden Legal Aid Centre provides legal aid to women and children who are the victims of domestic violence and sexual assault.  In my capacity as a director of this Centre, I am responsible for the delivery of a criminal justice educational component via the Centre's website and the conduct of evaluation research.

Student Tasks & Responsibilities:  The student will assist in the proof-reading, editing and delivery of criminal justice material and the design and display of the results of evaluation research on the Centre's website which is currently under construction.

Minimum Student Qualifications:  The student must have good writing and editing skills, computer competency including knowledge and understanding of web design, and a desire to learn about evaluation research.
