Project Description: This project will examine conflict between the sexes in multiple domains, including verbal conflict, mating behavior, and sexual coercion. The objective of this project is to identify cyclical changes in behaviors and cognition associated with sexual conflict.

Student Tasks & Responsibilities:  Primary duties will involve handling lab visits and testing of participants. Other opportunities for undergraduates associated with this project include data entry, participant recruitment, literature review, data analysis, and other assorted duties. Undergraduate assistants will be encouraged and instructed how to develop associated research projects from which they may generate their own theses, posters, and papers. 

Minimum Student Qualifications:  Students must be PEERRS certified for human subjects research. Because of the personal nature of some of the information gathered in this project, student assistants are expected to demonstrate maturity and discreteness with all participant interactions. Students with skills in software including MS Office, SPSS, and Qualtrics are especially encouraged to apply.
