UROP Fiscal Calendar
We have divided the UROP year to accommodate our annual budget. Please note: the UROP fiscal calendar is not the same as the University's official academic calendar. Instead, our yearly fiscal calendar is as followed:

Each UROP student can earn a maximum of $500 per semester during the Fall and Winter terms and $250 per semester during the Spring and Summer terms. In all, a student can earn up to $1,500** for the entire academic year.

Payroll Dates
Bi-weekly timesheets are due by noon on Thursdays at the end of each pay period. We will send reminders to UROP students and faculty sponsors on the day before the deadline.

Holidays and Season Days
UROP students are able to work on University-recognized holidays. Students earning wages will receive "time and a half" for any holiday work completed. But please note that these earnings will count against the total UROP assistantship awarded. To view the University's list of Holiday and Season Days, click here.
