Room Selection is the process that current first-year and upperclass students go through in Winter semester to select their on-campus housing assignments for the next academic year.

This is general information for students going through the Room Selection process during Winter semester. Details about all Room Selection will be sent as an email to your UM-Flint email address. In order to make sure you are ready to select your room make sure that you have:

  1. Applied online through the Student Information System (SIS)
  2. Signed your Contract online and made a pre-payment of $250
  3. That you have reviewed your student account and do not have an outstanding balance for Winter 19
  4. That you have completed your 2019-2020 FAFSA and met with Financial Aid (if applicable)
