September 24th September 30th, 2005
09/26/05 A complaint was called in that a subject was begging near the Theater building. Public Safety responded and he was located near the Recreation building. The subject was arrested for begging and was issued a court appearance ticket.
09/26/05 A student contacted a Public Safety employee in parking lot A seeking assistance. The student was disoriented and had difficulty speaking. Public Safety officers responded, stabilized the student and an ambulance was contacted. She was transported to the hospital for medical treatment.
09/28/05 A subject previously trespassed for causing a disturbance in the Library was again asked to leave the Library for causing a disturbance. A criminal trespass charge will be sought.
09/29/05 A man reported one of his car tires had been slashed while it was parked in Lot G. He suspects an ex-girlfriend. Public Safety responded, took photographs and an investigation continues.
09/30/05 A Public Safety student employee observed a car alarm sounding on a car in student lot G. As he discovered the vehicle, he observed a subject loading a tire into the back of his car and the suspect left the lot. A license plate number was obtained and a suspect was identified. A felony arrest warrant has been issued for his arrest.
