November 6 – November 12, 2004

11/06/04 Saturday Hit and run accident damage was reported on a car parked in the Mill Street parking structure. DPS investigation ongoing.

11/07/04 Sunday Hit and run accident damage was reported to a car parked in the Pavilion parking structure. Subsequent investigation identified a suspect. The Department of Public Safety is reviewing the incident prior to seeking a warrant request.

11/08/04 Monday Hit and run accident damage was reported to a car parked in Lot A. DPS investigation ongoing.

11/08/04 Monday A student was identified as a suspect in an incident with stalking overtones. The student has been warned about his behavior and has agreed to have no further contact with victim.

11/10/04 Wednesday A previously trespassed skateboarder was observed skateboarding in the Harrison Street parking structure. He was arrested, trespassed again and released. Then advised if caught again on University property charges will be pursued.

11/10/04 Wednesday A mouse cord was cut at a Library computer work station. Also an empty bottle of Whiskey was found at the computer work station. DPS investigation continuing.

11/11/04 Thursday Prior to his attending a meeting on university property, a photo club meeting leader was pointed out as a suspicious person by a staff member. He was later provided to Public Safety and advised. A few days later this same subject was seen loitering in the University Center . He was arrested on an old warrant and trespassed from University property.
