11/15/04 Monday A student turned in money found near the Murchie Science building.

11/15/04 Monday A woman was seen begging students near the Recreation Center . She had been previously trespassed from University property. She was arrested and a crack pipe was found on her possession. The pipe tested positive for the presence of cocaine. A felony warrant has been requested.

11/16/04 Tuesday A student accidentally tripped and fell on some stairs in the Murchie Science building injuring her ankle. She will seek treatment with her own physician.

11/16/04 Tuesday A computer portable media device was found on a computer in the music lab. The unit was examined by the finder in an effort to return it to the owner. The media device contained a copy of licensed software on it.

11/17/04 Wednesday A Freon leak forced an evacuation of the computer lab in the Murchie Science Building . The lab was ventilated by Facilities Management. Another lab in French Hall was opened to accommodate students who were using the lab.

11/17/04 Wednesday A student reported being harassed and intimidated by another student. After further investigation, Public Safety presented the information gathered to the prosecutor's office for their review. The review indicated that no criminal charges would be pursued.

11/19/04 Friday A van parked in Lot G had two of its tires slashed. The vehicle was also broken into and property, including a watch, was stolen.
