February 1– February 6, 2004

01/30/04 Friday A student felt a Library student employee was spying on him and harassing him while both of them used a Library restroom. A notice had been placed in the restroom kindly asking that the person intentionally clogging the toilet with paper cease his activity and this student felt it was directed toward him.

02/02/04 Monday A student had his backpack containing thirteen textbooks stolen while it was left unattended in an empty classroom.

02/03/04 Tuesday A student had her car damaged while parked in the DDA lot across the street from the Pavilion. A Flint PD report was taken regarding this incident.

02/04/04 Wednesday The student described above in the first entry saw the student Library employee in the Library and shouted his anger and demanded the “spy” not be allowed to leave. The student's behavior became intimidating to the Library employees and disruptive to the learning environment of the Library. A criminal arrest warrant was obtained for disturbing the peace. The student Library employee has obtained a protection order against the student.

02/04/04 Wednesday A wallet was stolen from a locked locker in the Recreational Center.

02/05/04 Thursday A wallet was stolen from a student's backpack while she was in class in the William S. White building.
