04/18/04 Sunday A text message phone threat was received from an ex-boyfriend. The victim declined prosecution.
04/23/04 Friday Two high school students who were skipping school were identified after a complaint was received they were dumping water on people in the Harding Mott University Center . They were released to the Northern High school 's principal.
