08/28/04 Saturday An angry book store patron was pushed by an employee. The victim did not want to prosecute.
08/30/04 Monday A student who wrote her attorney's phone number on a computer lab wall caused damage to the wall when the writing would not come off. She did this because she did not have paper readily available. Recovery for damages is being sought.
08/31/04 Tuesday A subject was cited for begging and trespass after he begged a University Pavilion patron then refused to leave after being asked to do so by an uniformed Public Safety officer.
08/31/04 Tuesday A student has been charged with retail theft second degree after getting caught stealing a hooded sweatshirt from the book store.
08/31/04 Tuesday A department in the William S. White building reported the theft of snack food from a locked office.
09/01/04 Wednesday A student's newly purchased textbooks were stolen after she left them unattended outside the Financial Aid office in the University Pavilion.
09/01/04 Wednesday A student reported hit and run accident damage to her vehicle. The likely person involved is the owner of the car parked next to victim's car that had fresh accident damage to it.
09/03/04 Friday A Public Safety officer responded to a domestic violence incident involving occupants of a car parked on Harrison street near the William S. White building. Upon arrival the female victim proclaimed the man hit her. The suspect took off running. The suspect was arrested after he was found hiding in nearby bushes. Flint Police has charged the man with misdemeanor domestic assault. Public Safety will be charging him with felony resisting arrest.
09/03/04 Friday Hit and run accident damage was reported to a car parked in the University Pavilion parking ramp.
