Weekly Summary

August 26th - September 1st, 2006

08/26/06  Hit and run accident damage to a car parked in the University Pavilion ramp was reported. This incident remains under investigation.

08/26/06  Public Safety assisted a subject who lost and regained consciousness. No additional medical assistance was required or requested.

08/26/06  Three subjects suffered minor injury outside of the University Pavilion when an umbrella separated from a table due to the wind and struck the subjects. Medical treatment was declined.

08/28/06 Hit and run accident damage to a car parked in Lot A was reported. This incident remains under investigation.

08/31/06  Hit and run accident damage to a car parked in the University Pavilion ramp was reported. This incident remains under investigation.

August 19th - August 25th, 2006

08/21/06  Two staff members reported receiving suspicious emails from a subject. This same subject had previously called these staff members at home. The subject was identified and told to stop having contact with the victims. Public Safety will be assisting the victim’s in petitioning for PPO’s.

08/22/06  A subject was arrested after he was involved in the theft of personal property from two victims in the library. An arrest warrant has been authorized by the prosecutor’s office.

August 12th - August 18th, 2006

08/15/06 & 08/18/06  A suspect was identified in two separate incidents on campus. A wireless headset from an office in the William S. White building and a laptop computer from a classroom in MSB were taken. Both items were recovered by Public Safety. These incidents will be presented to the Prosecutor’s office requesting approval of warrants.  

August 5th - August 11th, 2006

08/08/06  The theft of a laser measurement tool from the Hubbard building was reported. An investigation continues.
