February 25th - March 3rd 2006
03/02/06 A subject exhibited intimidating behavior over the telephone after confusion over his acceptance into a University program. An officer stood by during the program as a security precaution. The program proceeded with no interruption.
February 18th - February 24th 2006
02/19/06 A patron of the Recreation Center was asked to leave after he loudly used obscene language towards another basketball player. The patron then directed his anger at the Recreation Center employee. An officer responded and escorted the subject from the building pending administrative review from the Recreation Center.
02/20/06 A subject who was previously trespassed from campus was again arrested in the William S. White building for begging. Trespass and disorderly conduct charges will be sought by DPS.
02/23/06 An unknown subject walked out of the Library setting off the theft detector alarm. She was gone before officers arrived. An investigation continues.
February 11th - February 17th 2006
02/14/06 Damage was reported to toilet paper dispensers in a University Pavilion restroom.
02/16/06 A window was discovered to be broken in the William S. White building. Unknown if damage was intentional or accidental.
02/16/06 A student has been suspended from attending classes and trespassed from campus after he was discovered to have a firearm in his vehicle. Fellow students overheard him making threats to persons off campus and they contacted Public Safety to report the threats. A criminal charge of possession of a firearm with unlawful intent has been authorized and the suspect has appeared in court on the charges.
February 4th - February 10th 2006
02/06/06 Two slip and fall accidents were reported on campus near the William S. White building.
02/08/06 A student threatened to assault a Public Safety employee reference having received a parking citation. This incident was referred to Student Life.
