Allocation Forms
There are two different allocation forms. One form is for a travel requet and the other is for on campus events and general allocations.
The club allocation forms are linked below in PDF files. Your club can either print off the allocation form and bring it to the Student Government office (364 UCEN) or e-mail it to Kurtis Banks.
