The organizational behavior & human resources management concentration prepares students for professional careers in the administration and management of workforces in all types of organizations.

The organizational behavior & human resources management curriculum emphasizes leadership, communication, interpersonal and team-building skills and the study of organization dynamics and labor relations. Organizational behavior & human resources management faculty members are available to consult with students wishing to pursue careers in any of the above-mentioned areas.
