This presentation by Robert (Bob) L. Quigley, Jr., will identify 8 key attributes that others will look at to value your company. These are 8 key attributes that all business owners should focus on to maintain and enhance the value of their company and to create a company that can thrive without them. This presentation is centered on the Sellability Score, an assessment tool business owners can use to rate the performance of their company on these 8 key attributes to improve value.

THE ECONOMIC FORUM 2013
Northbank Center Grand Ballroom
The University of Michigan-Flint’s School of Management (SOM) and the Rotary Club of Flint invite the community to “The Economic Forum” on Friday, December 13, 2013, in the Northbank Center Grand Ballroom at 432 North Saginaw Street, Flint, MI 48502.
The event takes place from 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM with a lunch buffet served at 11:30 and the program beginning at 12:00. The event will feature a panel of financial and economic leaders who will discuss the topics of U.S. and World Economics. This year’s panel includes Dr. Yener Kandogan, Associate Dean and Professor of International Business, School of Management, and Dr. Christopher Douglas, Associate Professor of Economics, Department of Economics.
Event attendance is free for all UM-Flint students, and $10.00 per person for the public, which includes lunch.

About our presenter:
David Dieterle, Ph.D., is the President of the Michigan Council on Economic Education and a member of the faculty at both Walsh College and the University of Michigan-Flint. He is also the author of several books and programs focused on the field of Economics. He has frequently presented programs to educators and business leaders throughout the globe.
Dr. Dieterle also serves on the Economic Roundtable for the Detroit branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago.
