Nikki Taylor-Vargo, MBA, serves as the BBA/MBA Program Director. She began her career with the School of Management in 2004. Prior to coming to the University of Michigan-Flint, she worked in the fields of information technology and marketing at a professional liability insurance company. Nikki received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in marketing and a minor in computer applications from Grand Valley State University. In 2000, she graduated from the University of Michigan-Flint with a Master of Business Administration. In addition to supervising all staff in the main office, Nikki is responsible for overseeing the BBA and MBA programs; including enrollment, marketing and brand development, alumni relations, new program development, recruitment and retention, academic advising, international student advising, graduate admissions, logistical aspects of program delivery, and managing problems, achievements, scholarships and fellowships, student services, including career development and internships.

Brenda L. Harrison, Senior Academic Advisor, has worked at the University of Michigan-Flint for eight years. In addition to advising, she also implements the retention program. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration, a Master of Arts in Counseling/College Student Personnel, and an Education Specialist in Instructional Technology. Currently, she is completing the requirements for a doctorate in Educational Leadership. Her intended dissertation research is expected to be on student engagement in higher education.

Jean Corey serves as an Academic Advisor for both the BBA and MBA programs. Jean began her career at the University of Michigan-Flint in 2002 and held positions in the Student Development Center and Undergraduate Admissions prior to joining the School of Management in 2006. She is a Sterling Staff Award winner and was nominated for this award by SOM students. Jean holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in organizational leadership from Cleary University.

Jennifer Robishaw serves as Marketing Communication Specialist for the School of Management. Jenny is responsible for communications efforts for BBA and MBA students, event coordination, marketing/advertising for MBA open houses, website updates, social media maintenance and graphic design. She came to the University with over 12 years experience in marketing/communications in the financial industry. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Saginaw Valley State University with marketing and management concentrations.

Craig Gomolka, Business Program Recruiter, promotes and markets the BBA, MBA and internship program to businesses and students. Craig joined the School of Management in June 2009. Prior to coming to the University, he worked with TCF Bank promoting, marketing and selling educational loan products to colleges and universities throughout the State of Michigan. Craig earned a Master of Science, Administration degree from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Michigan University.

Anna Swartz, Faculty Administrative Assistant, joined the School of Management in 2008, just after receiving her Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Michigan-Flint. She is a Sterling Staff Award winner and the current MHealthy Wellness Champion for the School of Management.

Dominic Fusero has been providing IT services in the School of Management since 2006, and in the University since 2004. He provides computer, website, and database support and development. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science degree from the University of Michigan-Flint.
