Degree Requirements

The MBA program consists of 30-45 credit hours of 500-level graduate coursework, including foundation, core, and elective/concentration courses.

In addition to a solid grounding in the fundamentals of business, the UM-Flint MBA offers eight areas of concentration: Accounting, Computer Information Systems, Finance, Health Care Management, International Business, Lean Manufacturing, Marketing, and Organizational Leadership. The concentrations in the MBA program are developed around market needs and faculty expertise and allow you to focus your studies and develop skills in an area of business consistent with your career objectives.

Students intending to pursue a concentration will take nine (9) credit hours of elective course work in the specialized area.
