Tamkang University - Taiwan

In 2006, Tamkang University of Taiwan and the University of Michigan-Flint established a cooperative relationship that promotes one-year exchange of qualified undergraduate junior-year students. Accordingly, the University of Michigan-Flint admits these international guest students who
  • meet a minimum required score in TOEFL
  • are in good academic standing at the home institution
  • provide a financial affidavit verifying available funds
  • complete and submit a guest student application

The University of Michigan-Flint provides assistance in location an accommodation, and advising on academic matters. Upon arrival, international students are strongly advised to meet with the BBA Manager on curricular and schedule advising so that a curriculum plan that meets their unique career goal and background can be designed. The School of Management also has a blog to answer frequently asked questions by international students before their arrival, hosted by the Student Services Coordinator. International students who do not meet the minimum required TOEFL score are required to participate in the University’s English Language Program.
