Prepare for Interview

| 2. | Review the Job Description. Be familiar with what the employer is seeking and be ready to describe your experiences and skills in a way that connects your abilities to their needs. |
| 3. | Research the company. Be familiar with their mission and/or philosophy, their size, and their personnel structure. |
| 4. | Write down any questions you have for the interviewer. |
| 5. | Dress appropriately. |
| 6. | Arrive a little early to allow time for parking and/or for any unexpected delays. |
| 7. | Bring your thank-you note with you. Address the envelope immediately after the interview, thank the interviewer for something specific to the experience, and drop it into a mailbox. |
