Jie Li, Ph.D
Dr. Jie Li received his PhD in Management from University of Cincinnati with a concentration in Organizational Behavior. His research focuses on managers’ behaviors in the workplace, specifically, the fairness of the managers’ actions, leadership, and cross-cultural differences in these areas. Dr. Li has published peer reviewed research articles in Frontiers of Business Research in China and Research in Management in addition to presentations at the Academy of Management Annual Meetings. He has taught courses on Leadership, Managing Teams, Organizational Behavior, Strategic Human Resources Management, and Cross-cultural Management. He is very interested in managerial phenomena that offer insights for theories and practices beyond China and the US. He also provided consulting service to multiple companies operating in China.
