Affinity Groups

Affinity Groups are small confidential round table discussion groups consisting of no more than 12 or so participants in similar roles in their family businesses. Examples are first generation owners, second (or later) generation owners, owners transitioning the business to other family members, spouses or children who work in a family business (but are not owners), non-family managers, and any other group requested by members.

The affinity group meetings enable each generation as well as non-family managers to share business challenges from the same perspective.

Each affinity group meets monthly or as often as they choose, and annually with spouses, families, and other groups to enhance their experiences.

Each group is self-facilitating with a goal of developing "best practices" in successful family issues.
