About the conference sponsor:
GEARup2LEAD is a new organization in Flint, created by a group of dedicated people within the community of Genesee County that understand the power of empowering others to be leaders. Creating content focused on developing a GROWTH MINDSET, building EMPATHY, taking ACTION and accepting RESPONSIBILITY, GEARup2LEAD aims at helping both youth and adults reach their fullest potential as leaders so we may all experience positive change. Aside from creating content and providing training, GEARup2LEAD continues to partner with schools, universities, organizations and businesses to help them build heroic cultures.
