Every year, Staff Council solicits nominations to identify deserving individuals who demonstrate leadership, and commitment to teamwork, quality service and dedication.

These deserving staff members are then honored at the Spring Staff Breakfast and at the UM-Flint Staff Recognition and Service Awards Dinner.
