Task Forces
The Task Forces will hold discussions among themselves and have small-group meetings and forums, as needed, to formulate what the University needs to do in each Task Forces’ area of focus:
- Academic Programs
- Diversity
- Enrollment and Retention
- Learning, Scholarship, and Professional Development
- Outreach and Engagement
- Physical Space
- Revenue Enhancement
- Student Life and Services
Based on these discussions, each Task Force will draft a summary of the one or two things that the University must do in their area of focus to realize its Vision and Mission and to move to the next level of quality and distinction—and provide the rationale for each. These elements will become the basis of a Steering Committee and Task Force Chairs workshop.
