Laptop Giveaway Details
Please Read Carefully: Any UM-Flint student who attends five or more workshops will be eligible to enter their name into a drawing for a Dell Laptop. To qualify, the student must have attended five workshops with each covering a different topic among the ten workshops offered. For example, attending one session of Note Taking on both workshop days will not count as two different workshops because they cover the same topic. Students will prove their attendance by being at the workshop when it begins and remaining until the workshop ends, with the workshop facilitator authorizing a student's proof of attendance. Students arriving up to ten minutes late at a workshop but attending the rest of the workshop, will still be counted as having attended that specific workshop. Students entering the drawing agree to provide their name, UM-Flint email address, and phone number. Drawing for the laptop will be held at 4:15 pm on the second day of the event. The winning student need not be present to win. The student who wins the laptop will have to comply with all rules relating to winning a gift of this value, which will include providing a social security number for tax reporting purposes. Information provided by the students who enter this drawing will not be used for any other purposes other than those stated. This giveaway may be cancelled and rescheduled at a later date in the event of a school closing or other emergency. Only one laptop will be awarded.
