Flint Corps

Flint Corps is a network of student volunteers who are committed to increasing college student volunteerism in Flint by providing a mechanism of organizational support and information sharing through the club model.  We have formed a multi-campus network of students, faculty, and staff who are devoted to helping improve the lives of individuals affected by issues of poverty through service to the Flint community.  All college students are invited to join this volunteer group which supports, promotes, and creates service activities according to their interest and expertise on projects that align with the needs and goals of the community.  Flint Corps at the University of Michigan-Flint will provide student representatives to the College Town Collaborative, a group of individuals from Baker College of Flint, Mott Community College, Kettering University, and the University of Michigan-Flint that share the same passion and dedication of volunteerism throughout the City of Flint.
