Greek Council

Greek Council is a Major Student Organization comprised of members from each Greek lettered social organization here at the University of Michigan–Flint.

Greek Council is the body that oversees the Fraternity and Sorority Life on campus to create a common bond and goals for all chapters. These goals include strong academics, promoting philanthropy, creating brotherhood/sisterhood, and building leadership skills.

Each year, Greek Council facilitates charity events for the Children’s Miracle Network and participates in the Polar Plunge for Special Olympics. Also, Greek Council offers programs that confront issues such as diversity, social justice, alcohol and drug prevention, risk management and leadership.
