Come learn about Fraternity and Sorority Life at UM-Flint! All students interested in joining a sorority
must attend a Greek 101 workshop prior to accepting a Membership Bid.

CPA hosted its second annual Month of the Scholar event on Tuesday, February 5th. Ten university professors were recognized and honored for their excellent teaching skills and expertise, patience, understanding, compassion, advice, and generosity with their time. These faculty included:

Dr. Charles B. Thomas, Jr. from the Department of Sociology, Anthropology, and Criminal Justice
Dr. Gergana Kodjebacheva (“Dr. K”) from the Department of Public Health and Health Sciences
Jeramy Donovan and Dr. Matthew Wyneken from the Department of Education
Jerry Hosterman from the Psychology Department
Dr. Joseph Sucic from the Biology Department
Dr. Maureen Thum from the English Department
Paula Nas from the Economics Department
Dr. Sarah Lippert from the Department of Communication and Visual Arts
Sharon Namenye from the Mathematics Department

Each faculty member was introduced by the President of CPA, followed by an honorary speech given by the student who nominated them. Featured below are sorority members from all three of the CPA sororities plus the honored professors.
