"I’m a police officer in the City of Flint and the author of a book called Soul of a Black Cop. In February, I received an award from President Bush for volunteer service. When you’re a person who likes to help, it’s nice to have a place to go to get help. Being able to work with the Center for Entreprenuership has been a tremendous help to me. Helping each other: that’s really what Flint should be about."
