I chose UM-Flint due to its outstanding reputation as a provider of quality education while still being a local institution. Its closeness to home as well as clinical opportunities at a variety of reputable sites were definitely a plus. I believe I have received a quality education that has fully prepared me to enter the anesthesia arena with a near abundance of experience & knowledge. I chose this profession to enhance my knowledge base, further my career opportunities, & achieve more autonomy in nursing practice. U of M Flint has provided me with all of these benefits, among others. I feel a sense of accomplishment. It was not an easy road. This journey has definitely been challenging & one that not just anyone can undertake. You must be very certain of your choice & be willing to sacrifice for the end result. For me, the rewards have been worth every bit of the effort.
