University of Michigan - Flint

Soon after graduating from UM-Flint with my bachelors degree in Computer Science, I had a job offer at Auto-Owners Insurance Company, so I was hoping to be able to work full-time while taking night or online classes for my Master’s degree. I was offered a full ride to Michigan State University with the restrictions that I would need to teach two classes and live on-campus for three years. After much consideration I decided that UM-Flint program’s flexibility made it the program that I was looking for (and it was designed to only take approximately 2 ½ years vs Michigan State University’s 3 year program). Overall, this experience has been a good one and I am glad to have made the choice to earn  my Master’s degree from UM-Flint.
