Pamela Clark - Visual Communications Student


I chose the University of Michigan-Flint because of the name, but what has become more important to me are my professors. They are the best. I have learned so much from them. I know I am ready to go into my chosen career with confidence.

The best learning experience I had was working as an intern for the Academic Advising and Career Center. As a Visual Communications major with a concentration in graphic design, I became an important member of a great team.

My greatest surprise was that I received an ADDY Award from FAAF (Flint Area Advertising Federation) in February 2008. Thanks to the support of Professor Janet Lorch, I entered and won a Silver ADDY. UM-Flint really does have the most supportive professors. I am UM-Flint and proud of it!
