University of Michigan - Flint

I chose UM-Flint because it is one of the top universities; allowing me to take pre-vet course and major in biology. Also, since I am from Brooklyn, it allowed me to get out and grow on my own being away from home, while still making my family proud.

Moving out here from Brooklyn, UM-Flint has been more than welcoming, it has become my home. My advisors at the AACC office and the Challenge Program have really helped me with my classes leaning toward my major. The people are great here. I have my very own “Michigan Family.”
