Bill’s academic degrees are accompanied by additional study with master teachers/artists from all over the world. Most recently Bill has worked with Malcolm Gets, Chita Rivera, Daniel Stein of the Dell Arte International School of Physical Theatre, Kari Margolis of the Margolis Brown Performance Company, Michael Kahn (Artistic Director of the Shakespeare Theatre in Washington D.C.) and Erik Fredrickson (founding member of the Society of American Fight Directors). William is also an active member of the Actors’ Equity Association, Association of Theatre Movement Educators, Voice and Speech Trainers Association Inc., and the Society of American Fight Directors. His credits include work as an actor and director in LORT, summer stock, tours, commercials, and as a guest-artist for several universities. Regional credits include: The Kennedy Center, Broadway Palm Theatre, Theatre Works, The Muny, The Hippodrome State Theatre, The Alliance Theatre, North Shore Music Theatre, The Orlando Shakespeare Festival, and The Michigan Shakespeare Festival. Bill has extensive credits in acting/directing/teaching both locally and out-of-state. His teaching focus at UM-Flint is Acting, Voice & Movement, Musical Theatre, Musical Theatre History, and Stage Combat.
