David Barthelmes is the CFO, chief business and administrative officer for the campus, and reports directly to the Chancellor. The VCA oversees several departments, including the offices of Financial Services and Budget, Human Resources, Procurement and Contracts, and the Auxiliary and Recreational Services. He also oversees the activities of the Staff Council.
