David Barthelmes is the CFO, chief business and administrative officer for the campus, and reports directly to the Chancellor.  The Vice Chancellor oversees several departments, including the offices of Financial Services and Budget, University Human Resources, Procurement and Contracts, and Auxiliary and Recreational Services.  He also oversees the activities of the Staff Council.

Bill Webb is the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Business and Finance and oversees the departments of Environment, Health & Safety, Facilities and Operations, and Public Safety.

Terry Bigelow is the Executive Secretary to the Vice Chancellor for Business and Finance and has been with the University for a combined 16 years working in the area of research on the Ann Arbor campus and here on the Flint campus in the areas of academics and administration.
