Form Preferences
Introduction
The "Preferences" tab allows you to set default information for all forms that you create in FormAssembly. Log into FormAssembly and then click on the "Preferences" tab.
The instructions below will walk you through using the three tabs displayed under "Preferences" (see image below for the three tabs).
Preferences
The "Preferences" tab allows you to set contact information for all forms. This information can include an email address, postal address, or telephone number. Form users will be able to see this information if they need assistance with a form.
Contact Information
This tab allows you to enter more detailed contact information for administrative purposes only. By default your name and email address will already be completed. Form users will not be able to see this information.
Language and Geographic Settings
On this tab you can modify the language and time zone settings.
