Previewing a Page
Before you regenerate a page, or submit changes to be displayed on the web, you may want to preview a page to make sure everything is presented in the way desired. There are a few options for previewing a page:
- Previewing a page while editing:
- While you are editing a page and have the form entry open, you can preview a page by clicking on the "Preview" button (outlined in red in the image below). Please note: Clicking "Preview" will not save any changes you have made to the page. To save the changes you must click "Generate", "Save", "Save As", or "Finish".
- Previewing a page outside of the form editing window, before submitting changes:
- Click on the file name, a preview window will open.
- Select the file you wish to preview by checking the box to the left of the file name, and then click on "Actions", and "Preview".
