2 - 5 p.m. | University Center

New Student Welcome Day events are for new students only. A complimentary lunch will be provided by your Student Government. Prior to Convocation, enjoy a street fair, workshops, and a class picture.

New Student Convocation
5:30 - 6:30 p.m. | Recreation Center

New Student Convocation marks the official beginning of a student’s college experience. Join the Chancellor, student leaders, executive officers and members of the faculty for this traditional ceremony at which each student will be presented with a memorable gift.

Post Convocation
7 p.m. | Michigan Rooms, University Center

Scholarships to be awarded. Student must be present to win.
