Our application is free. You must also submit a high school transcript if you have earned fewer than 24 semester hours of college credits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While an admission decision can be made using unofficial transcripts, UM-Flint requires you to submit official transcripts by the beginning of your first semester. If official transcripts from all previous institutions are not submitted, you may be unable to enroll in classes or receive financial aid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We encourage you to have official transcripts sent electronically. Electronic transcripts arrive sooner, allowing us to make an admission decision as quickly as possible. You may also send transcripts by mail to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.umflint.edu\/admissions\/contact-us\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Office of Undergraduate Admissions<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>UM-Flint considers transcripts official if sent directly from the issuing school to UM-Flint, either electronically or by mail. All transfer applicants are considered for the University of Michigan-Flint Transfer Scholarship, which awards $2,500 per year for two academic years to transfer students with a cumulative GPA of 3.0. The university awards this scholarship automatically if you meet the eligibility requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>UM-Flint also offers other scholarship opportunities; however, they may require a separate application.
