The office is led by Stephen Turner, Associate Provost & Dean of Graduate Programs and Associate Professor of Computer Science who provides leadership in the pursuit of graduate academic excellence in support of the Strategic Plan for the University of Michigan-Flint.

I am pleased to support the Mission of the University of Michigan-Flint in my role as the Associate Provost and Dean of Graduate Programs.
In support of the students, faculty, and staff at the university, I lead our Office of Graduate Programs, our Office of Online and Digital Education, and our Office of Institutional Analysis. Through these strategically important areas, I work to fulfil the Mission and vision of the university, and to make a positive difference in the lives of our university community.
