Free individual tutors in a variety of subjects are available online through the Student Success Center. For individual tutoring, students can make an appointment at umflint.go-redrock.com. Instructions can be found at the Tutoring website.

Financial Aid Appointments
The Office of Financial Aid is offering virtual appointments or the ability to schedule a phone appointment. Please remember that you can access your financial aid information by logging in to the University of Michigan-Flint Student Information System (SIS) and clicking on the financial aid tab. You may continue to send questions via email at email@example.com. Emails should be sent using your UM-Flint email account whenever possible. Always include your full name and your UM ID number on any correspondence. We appreciate your patience during this time.
Federal Student Loans & COVID-19
In response to the COVID-19 outbreak, the U.S. Department of Education has placed all federal student loans in a temporary administrative forbearance through September 30, 2020. For more detailed information, please visit studentaid.gov/coronavirus.
Counseling & Psychological Services (CAPS)
Counseling and Psychological Services counselors will be available remotely during our normal business hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
CAPS is committed to providing emotional support for UM-Flint students in the midst of the COVID-19 crisis.
In order to prevent the spread of the virus and adhere to CDC and State mandates for social distancing, we are offering remote therapy services for our currently enrolled UM-Flint clients and providing case management services for our new clients. Students who are in crisis may contact DPS at (810) 762-3333 and ask for the on-call crisis worker.
Remote therapy encompasses delivering counseling and psychotherapy services via technology-assisted media. The technology includes but is not limited to telephone, video, internet, smartphone, tablet, PC desktop system, or other electronic means. UTILIZE THE FRANCES WILLSON THOMPSON LIBRARY ONLINE
Reference librarians will be available for virtual reference and research questions (e.g., phone, email, chat) per hours to be posted presently on our webpage and social media.
Most of the resources are available online from off campus. If there is difficulty accessing resources off campus, please do not hesitate to reach out to a librarian for troubleshooting or check the FAQs related to access issues.

LIBRARY MATERIALS CHECKED OUT
During the library closure, please keep the materials you have borrowed. You can renew online but it is not necessary. All billing has been suspended until the end of the semester. Any automatic fines will be waived.

Barnes & Noble is offering free ground shipping on any web order. Also free shipping for the Winter rentals that are due back the last week of April.
The Cashier's Office on the second floor of the University Pavilion will temporarily close until further notice. Employees are working remotely to continue to serve the campus.
