Recruitment, Retention & Graduation Initiatives

RR&G Implementation Information
A key component of the Project 2020 Action Plan are the initiatives to support improved recruitment, retention and graduation rates at UM-Flint. With supplemental funding support from President Schlissel and the U-M Board of Regents, the newly formed RR&G Project Team is currently at work on implementing the initiatives recommended by the RR&G Task Force after soliciting ideas and feedback from the UM-Flint campus community. The RR&G Project Team meets on a monthly basis to discuss progress and to ensure established deadlines for implementation are met. View the detailed information of the implementation process here.
