CSC-CIS Tutoring - Winter 2016
Did you excel in a course? Do you want to master the material in a course? Do you want to boost up your resume? Do you want to get paid while doing that?
If you answered yes to the above, you may want to consider tutoring. Tutoring is one of the best ways to master the material. Further, it is a great resume bullet.
The application form will continue to be open for the whole semester, but please complete by Dec 15, 2015 for immediate consideration.
Note that you may be asked to demonstrate your comfort level with the material for a course before you are recommended to be a tutor for the course.
Plans of Study
The following sample four-year plans are designed to assist students in their long-term academic planning. Please note that plans should be used as a guide only, and do not guarantee course availability. All students should consult with their department or academic advisor on a regular basis.
The goal of these sample plans is to help students see how the requirements of prerequisites, major course requirements, general education, electives, and minor course requirements can be woven together effectively to allow for on-time graduation. Each student’s actual course of study will vary, based on their interests, placement exams, beginning semester of study, transfer or AP credits, etc. This is why seeing an academic advisor in your major department is critically important.
