Title IX Office addresses and investigates matters involving discrimination, discriminatory harassment and sexual misconduct on behalf of the university when a complaint is filed against a student, faculty member, staff member or third party.&nbsp;Reports may be made by any person who has experienced such conduct while participating in a university program or activity or in related interactions with members of the university community.<br><br>The university prohibits retaliation.
