What do you enjoy most about your work?

Using the "mastery approach" to learning and observing students incrementally improve in their performance.

Who had the greatest influence on your career?

Multiple individuals could be identified; however, I think it would be Dr. Edward Vermillion, Indiana University who was a motivator, hard worker and encouraging to all.
