This page is designed to help departments through the posting to hiring process for Faculty, Staff or Graduate Student Research Assistants. 

Please note the University uses eRecruit as our applicant management system. 

Over the next couple of weeks, our office will transition to the new structure outlined below, with an implementation date of August 14, 2017 for all changes to be in place. 

Faculty Posting Process

Lori Burger, Assistant HR Director for Academic HR Matters, is the HR approver for all Faculty and GSRA postings.

Employment Process Coordinator (EPC) for Faculty.

Dee Dee Hurley, HR Generalist Intermediate, is the Employment Process Coordinator (EPC) for ​​postings for all faculty postings.

Staff Posting Process

Tonja Petrella, Assistant HR Director for Staff Matters, is the HR approver for postings for Business & Finance, College of Health Sciences, Enrollment Management, School of Education and Human Services, and School of Nursing.

Helen Phinisee, Senior HR Consultant, is the HR approver for postings for the Associate Provost, Chancellor, College of Arts & Sciences, Provost, Student Affairs, University Advancement, and School of Management.
