MHEALTHY is the University of Michigan's health and well-being program specially designed for faculty and staff. We provide programs and resources designed to help you be your best—physically, mentally and emotionally. By creating a community of health on our UM-Flint campus, we can make our community a place where healthy living is welcomed and supported.
Our campus has a part-time dedicated MHealthy Wellness Coordinator who can assist Flint Campus faculty and staff with any questions regarding MHealthy initiatives or programs. Sherri Berry, Wellness Coordinator can be reached by email at sleet@umich.edu or by phone at (734)395-7759.

Upcoming Workshop Series
"Leaders Creating a Culture at its Best" workshop series presented by MHealthy.
The workshop is a two day, 1-1/2 hour each day, virtual session, on February 23rd and 24th.
This two-day virtual workshop is intended for anyone who is looking for tools to create a thriving work team that supports health, well-being, inclusiveness and connection. This is more important than ever while primarily working in remote environments, most from home.
During these virtual workshops you will:
- Develop a strategy for building a culture of well-being that embraces inclusion and work-life balance.
- Become familiar with the eight dimensions of well-being and determine where to focus your efforts to support your work team’s “new normal.”
- Gain skills, tools and resources to help you and your team thrive during times of change and uncertainty.
Intact teams who have attended past virtual workshops indicates that they now have a clear direction about how to increase social, mental/emotional and environmental well-being in their teams as a result of attending the sessions.
“Melissa and her team of break-out room facilitators helped us to identify what our team members value as it relates to work from home health and well-being. As a result of our time focused on these efforts we were able to come up with some unique ways to make our work from home life more connected and balanced.” –Past virtual program participant-
