What is iService?

iService is an immigration and admission processing application used by the International Center.  This application is be used to collect electronic forms related to immigration and insurance services (Transfer In, Add Dependents, New Student Contract, Health Insurance Waiver/Cancellation, etc.).

To login to Full Services, you are required to login with your uniqname and LAN password.  Your uniqname and LAN password are configured after you have been admitted to the university.  If you are unable to login to iService, please verify that your uniqname and password are correct.  Please contact  the ITS HelpDesk for assistance with your LAN password. 

Once your application has gone through initial processing, it can take up to 48 hours for your account to be configured in iService.  You will be provided your ID number and PIN in an automated email once you have been entered into the system.

To obtain your PIN manually:

Go to iService Limited Services

Towards the bottom of the page, you will see "E-mail me my Limited Access PIN".  Clicking this link and providing your university ID, will prompt an email to be sent to you.  The email will be sent to the email address on file with your admissions application

There are some cases where prospective students & scholars are required to upload documents and will not automatically be given access.  Please contact the International Center at International.Flint@umich.edu with your details, and your request will be reviewed.
